Welcome to Amazing Faith Designs. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors and images. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

Many of our items are handmade or produced in small batches, so minor variations are normal and part of the uniqueness of our products.

3. Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized or custom items (including embroidered products, name customization, or made-to-order designs) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (names, spelling, dates) are entered correctly at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

7. Digital Products & Prints

All digital downloads and printable files are non-refundable once delivered.

Fine art prints may have slight color variation due to printing processes and monitor differences.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on this website belong to Amazing Faith Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

9. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

Payment is securely processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Amazing Faith Designs is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the amount paid for the purchased item.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
