How to Order

Step 1: Select your preferred size and complete your purchase.

Step 2: Email a clear, high-quality photo of the home’s front façade to:

If you would like small adjustments (removing minor objects, subtle color changes, adding simple text, seasonal adjustments, etc.), please include those details in your email.

Step 3: The painting process begins within 24 hours of receiving your photo. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your portrait to be completed before shipping.

You will receive tracking information once your artwork ships.

Customization & Important Details

Because each portrait is fully hand-painted, major structural changes may not be possible once work begins. Please share all requests in advance — including composition preferences, color adjustments, and details.

Small revisions we can accommodate:

• Adding or removing minor objects

• Small color adjustments

• Adding text if space allows

We cannot:

• Redo completed paintings due to photo limitations

• Switch to a new reference photo after painting begins

• Make major architectural changes not visible in the original photo

Watercolor is a permanent medium. Once painting begins, changes cannot be made.

Each portrait is an artistic interpretation, not an exact photographic replica. The unique brushwork and slight variations in color are part of the beauty of original watercolor art.
