Step 3: For your custom hand-painted portrait, the painting process will begin within 24 hours after your order and you will be updated with tracking information when your artwork ships. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your finished portrait to be completed before shipping.
Final: Your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped to you
- Since all of our artworks are fully hand-painted, some major changes may not be possible. Please share all requests in advance — including composition, colors, and details. If no specific instructions are given, we will paint directly from the photo provided.
We can accept small revisions such as: 1.Adding or removing minor objects 2. Small color adjustments 3. Adding text if space allows
Please note: we cannot redo paintings due to photo limitations, composition issues, or switching to a new photo. Hand-painted art has its own unique charm and will not be an exact copy of the photo.

To be able to look at what Heidi is up to, and toss an idea at her and then see it come to life-INCREDIBLE. This project has been swimming rent free in my head since the Christmas after I got married (the date is indeed in homage to our wedding year)and was in tribute to a family tradition my Grandmother brought to us from Europe when I was a child and one that only I continue. To be able to hang this over my door on January 6th will now be my forever pleasure. Thank you as always Heidi, for bringing my vision to life and for our growing friendship as well!
