If I could give 10 stars for customer service, I would!
I had a different request for this item, but Heidi was on top of things and asked all the right questions to get me thinking - and it turned out better than if she hadn't!
Add to that fact - it was the weekend and she had technically 'closed shop' for the day but saw my request and wanted to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and in a timely manner.
Far too many places want to do the very least, so kudos to Heidi for keeping the 'serve' in customer service!❤️
I have now chosen this as a favorite shop and will definitely be coming back for more items.
