Production and Shipping

● Cases are designed by us and then made to order with our production partner and shipped by them. Production typically takes 2-4 business days.
● We use USPS or DHL Ground Shipping which typically takes up to 5 business days. Please allow plenty of time for your custom case to arrive.
● Please be sure to approve your design before production, we currently do not accept returns for personalized phone cases. If there is a manufacturer default or your phone case arrives damaged we will replace at no additional charge to you.
